Testosterone Treatment with Enanthate Testosterone

Testosterone Enanthate is the second most popular injectable testosterone after Cypionate. Enanthate also known as Delatestryl® is similar to Propionate and Cypionate forms of long-acting testosterone steroids. It is also an oil-based injectable form of esterized testosterone with strong androgenic and anabolic effects.

Most men report dramatic increases in sex drive, muscle, strength, energy and drive with Enanthate therapy. As the other testosterone steroids, it aromatizes easily which means that the conversion rate to estrogen, similar to both Propionate and Cypionate is relatively high and HCG injections are usually prescribed with Enanthate Therapy. Some patients are of the opinion that Enanthate stores less water in the body than the other steroids. The muscle buildup during usage along with the inevitable loss of strength and muscle mass after discontinuing use of androgen steroid products is the same. Testosterone Enanthate can be combined with many steroids as well as HGH making it an excellent testosterone treatment for men with low t, as well as a muscle mass building steroid.

Enanthate Usage and Effects. This oil based injectable form of testosterone can affect the body's endogenous production of testosterone if not carefully monitored and cycled. Testosterone, a steroid drug produces muscle size and strength increases, improved fat distribution, dramatic boost in sexual desire, a sense of well being, increased energy, stamina and drive. It can be stacked with a number of different steroids to yield greater results. Enanthate is produced domestically in the US by Endo Pharma under the brand name Delatestryl® and other manufacturers produce it under generic names like Aveed, West-Ward Pharma, Sustanon, Sandoz, Lilly & Co. Axiom, Testim, Androderm, Abbvie Androgel, Merck, Watson, Paddock, Hikma, Sun Pharma and Teva.

How and Where to Buy Enanthate Injections

You can order Enanthate Testosterone Online with a doctor's prescription only. You should purchase testosterone steroid injections from a licensed medical provider or US pharmacy to ensure safety and quality of your injectable medications. For the best enanthate prices including Delatestryl and the best quality hormones, contact the Advance Therapy Center.

How Taken – Administration by intramuscular (IM) injection.

Testosterone Enanthate Injections are a derivative of the primary endogenous androgen testosterone and is for intramuscular administration. In their active form, androgens have a 17-beta-hydroxy group and esterification increases the duration of action of testosterone allowing hydrolysis to free testosterone or bio-available testosterone to occur. Injectable Enanthate (Delatestryl) is a colorless to pale yellow solution providing 200 mg of testosterone enanthate in sesame oil with 5 mg chlorobutanol as a preservative.

Possible Side Effects of using Enanthate – Most side effects reported with injectable testosterone are mild, and may include nausea, insomnia, acne, rash at site of injection and breast enlargement. To prevent the development of swelling, it is preferable to lower the sodium intake in your diet. Occasionally, effects such as an increase in facial hair growth, acne, deepening of the voice or menstrual irregularities (in women) may occur. To ensure proper dosing, blood tests should be performed regularly.

Warnings/Precautions – Inform your doctor and pharmacist of all prescribed medications you are taking before starting a testosterone treatment program so they can mitigate any risks. Also advise them of any supplements, natural products and non-prescription drugs you are taking especially any new drug or natural product. Always consult with your treating physician before changing medications while on testosterone therapies. If you need a doctor's prescription for enanthate testosterone visit the section on where and how to Get a Testosterone Prescription

Enanthate Drug Interactions – Testosterone may interfere with other drugs. In particular, anticoagulants and drugs used to control the blood sugar level. In the case of Human Growth Hormone, Testosterone is normally a complementary treatment protocol your doctor may prescribe if you have an HGH deficiency.

Testosterone in not for Women during Pregnancy/Nursing – Testosterone should NOT be used if you are pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant. The safety of testosterone during breastfeeding has not been established.

Storage – Store Enanthate in a cool/dry place. Inspect the vial for discoloration or particles before injecting. Always use fresh needles and syringes. Do not exceed your prescribed cypionate dose.

Low T Treatment – The therapeutic goal of Testosterone Injection Therapy is to increase lower than normal T levels back to normal to enable the adult man to maintain or improve sexual performance, enhance mood and increase physical strength in order to function better and more consistently.  Many physicians hesitate to use testosterone supplementation as it is new, they have heard stories (sometimes related to synthetic androgen supplementation or anabolic steroids for athletic performance enhancement), and they are unsure of the results as it takes quite some time for them to become evident.  There is no evidence that exogenous testosterone stimulates the development of prostate carcinoma; there has been no relationship established between endogenous testosterone and BPH.  However, a contraindication to androgen replacement therapy is the presence of prostate cancer.

Who qualifies for testosterone therapy programs.
The decision to use Testosterone Injection Therapy TRT is an individual one, based on the individual's particular risks. The goals of natural HRT are to:

  • Alleviate the symptoms caused by the natural decrease in production
    of hormones by the body.
  • Replace the hormones to the extent to provide positive benefits.
  • Bring the body back to normal hormonal balance.
  • Imitate the body's natural processes as much as possible.

Natural testosterone replacement is central to the treatment of all aspects of "male menopause". Enanthate Testosterone supplementation has resulted in decreasing body fat mass from 6.4% to 1.4% and increases in lean mass from 3.2% to 5%.  Increases in strength (grip strength) also are reported.

Total cholesterol and low density lipoproteins tend to significantly decrease with testosterone administration. Three steroids of importance in the male reproductive function are testosterone, dihydrotestosterone and estradiol.  By far the greatest percentage of testosterone (over 95%) is secreted by the testicular Leydig cells.  The dihydrotestosterone and estradiol are derived from both the direct secretion from the testes (20%) and also from conversion in peripheral tissues on androgen and estrogen precursors secreted by both the testes and adrenal glands (80%).

What Testosterone Injection Products are available for Sale Online

Injectable Hormone Drug Medications that are prescribed for therapy include testosterone propionate, testosterone enanthate, testosterone cypionate, and Sustanon (a blend of esterized testosterones). Testosterone injection products are administered either by intramuscular injection. Estrogen blockers may also be prescribed by your treating physician to avoid excess estrogen buildup or aromatiztion in your system.

A Testosterone prescription is required to buy Enanthate, Propionate, Cypionate, Clomid, Clomephene, Armidex, Anastrozole, HCG Injections, Nolvadex Tamoxifen Citrate and Proviron.

Possible side effects of Testosterone Steroid Injections.
The goal of testosterone replacement therapy with injections is to achieve normal to optimal levels of testosterone. For most patients, testosterone replacement therapy is safe. Possible side effects, however, include water retention, male pattern baldness, gynecomastia (enlarged breasts). The use of large doses of testosterone (in bodybuilding, for example) increases the risks of side effects.

The use of Injectable HCG and Estrogen Blockers with Testosterone Enanthate. Decreased normal testosterone production, prolonged or excessive testosterone therapy prompts the pituitary gland to stop producing the hormone gonadotropin. This in turn, suppresses normal testosterone and sperm production, accompanied by shrinkage of the testicles and frequent or continuing erections. Because of this, testosterone replacement therapy is usually prescribed in cycles or with other hormone medications in a continuous cycle. After a 2 or 3 month period, the patient takes a different drug called a SERM or estrogen blocker or inhibitor and a stimulant such as HCG injections that stimulate the testicles to begin production of natural testosterone again.

Testosterone Enanthate Chemical Name: Chemical formula C26H40O3
Testosterone enanthate is one of the main forms of testosterone prescribed to men in the United States. It is a slow-acting ester with a prolonged release time also known as half life of between 8-10 days. The name-brand of T-enanthate available in the United States manufactured by Endo Pharmaceutical is Delatestryl®, which is suspended in sesame oil. Testosterone enanthate is typically injected anywhere between once every week to once every three weeks. Generic testosterone enanthate can also be obtained through a licensed compounding pharmacy mixing enanthate in sesame, cotton seed, or any other appropriate oil.

Testosterone Enanthate Description - Testosterone Enanthate Injection, USP provides Testosterone Enanthate, USP, a derivative of the primary endogenous androgen testosterone, for intramuscular administration. In their active form, androgens have a 17-beta-hydroxy group and esterification of the 17-beta-hydroxy group increases the duration of action of testosterone; hydrolysis to free testosterone occurs in vivo. Each mL of sterile, colorless to pale yellow, solution provides 200 mg Testosterone Enanthate, USP in sesame oil with 5 mg chlorobutanol (chloral derivative) as a preservative.

How to take Testosterone Enanthate?

Testosterone enanthate is oily solution made from a crystaline powder with a carrier oil and preservative mixed in with the enanthate ester to formulate an intramuscular injectable. The solution should be administered in the gluteal muscle immediately after filling the syringe. Slow administration of the solution prevents pain and discomfort. The recommended dosage of testosterone enanthate is prescribed depending on the patient’s age, response to the treatment and severity of hypogonadism symptoms. During androgen therapy, testosterone level has to be periodically checked and depending on the results, the dosage should be adjusted. To speed up the puberty, 50 to 250mg of testosterone enanthate should be administered once in 14 to 28 days. If testosterone enanthate is prescribed to stimulate development of androgen-dependent organs, the recommended duration of use makes up to six months. During maintenance androgen therapy, the frequency of testosterone enanthate administration in the gluteal muscle can be reduced to once every 6 weeks according to individual requirements. Intramuscular administration of testosterone enanthate more often than once in 14 days is rarely prescribed. Long-acting testosterone enanthate drug has a high half-life, so the total dose more than 400 mg within 30 days is not required. Testosterone enanthate is important to take as often as required by androgen therapy. If a person forgets to take a regular dose of testosterone enanthate, the next dose should be taken as soon as possible. Do not take a double dose to make up the missed one.

Testosterone enanthate: adverse health reactions. Side effects of testosterone enanthate include increased number of red blood cells, irritation at the injection site, weakness, temporary loss of consciousness, dizziness, abdominal pain, breast overdevelopment, increase or decrease in sexual desire, permanent erection and increase in blood lipid level. Testosterone enanthate is a safe androgen steroid medication that does not cause toxicity after a single dose of high dose. Most side effects of testosterone enanthate are associated with androgenic activity of this medication and can appear after long-term treatment.

More Enanthate Testosterone information

Unlike other anabolic steroids which are synthetic forms of testosterone, bio-identical testosterone enanthate can be prescribed to women. Many women use testosterone creams or pills to combat certain health conditions or to stimulate sexual desire. Testosterone enanthate may be prescribed as a counter to excessive estrogenic activity to help treat breast cancer. It is clinically known that testosterone enanthate, as well as testosterone cypionate, undecanoate and testosterone propionate delay nitrogen while boosting protein anabolism. During testosterone enanthate use, anabolic activity will exceed catabolic activity when sufficient proteins and calories are provided to the body. Anabolic effects of testosterone enanthate similar to Human Growth Hormone is used by athletes to build muscle mass quickly although muscle bulking is not an approved use of testosterone supplementation. Low dose HRT for men can be of genuine medical help to treat hypogonadism or erectile dysfunction as opposed to the use of very large doses of testosterone which can have adverse health effects. It should be noted that prolonged use of testosterone-containing drugs retains too much water and salt in soft tissues. This may cause swelling of the lower limbs.

How is testosterone enanthate supplied?

You can buy testosterone enanthate online with a prescription only. Normally, testosterone enanthate is supplied in the form of ready-made solution for injections in glass bottles of 10ml or vials of 1mg. Concentration of testosterone enanthate solution makes 100mg/ml and 200mg/ml. Men suffering from low level of male sex hormones in the blood plasma or hypogonadism can buy testosterone enanthate in the USA from a licensed pharmacy and should not buy online from any other country of the world, especially China, Mexico, or Canada.

Testosterone enanthate is a powerful prescription medicine used to treat low testosterone levels for over 5 decades and has proved its medical reliability for boosting insufficient androgen levels. Enanthate cost of a dose of injectable testosterone enanthate is low and many men prefer to use the shots versus creams, patches or pellets. Androgens should not administered without physician supervision and long-term androgen replacement therapy with testosterone enanthate is an important medical health decision that should be carefull evaluated together with your doctor.
